If you are choosing between courses, the useful things to tell us are how long you have had a deck, who you have read for, and what specifically goes wrong. "I freeze when someone asks a direct question" gets a far more useful answer than "I would like more confidence".
If you are asking about a reduced-fee place, you do not need to explain your circumstances. Say which course and that you would like one of the held places.
We take a small number of interviews a year and turn down anything framed around prediction or celebrity. If you are writing about the ethics of divinatory practice, the tutors will generally talk to you at length and for nothing.
If something about a course or a tutor was wrong, write to the studio and mark it as a complaint. It goes to a tutor who was not involved, you get an answer within ten working days, and if we got it wrong we refund rather than argue. This has happened four times since 2017.
